Job Overview

Join our Piedmont team as an Extrusion Blow Mold Machine Operator. In this role, you'll oversee machine operations, ensure quality standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment, all for an attractive pay rate of $25 per hour.

What You’ll Do

Set up, adjust, and operate extrusion blow molding equipment
Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety culture
Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to meet product specifications
Perform minor equipment adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred
Previous experience with extrusion blow molding machines
Experience with machine Operations, fine-tuning with HMI app, and mold cleaning
Knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods
