Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extruder machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Monitor the extrusion process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or machinery is a plus.
• Previous experience as an extruder operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
