Evolved Construction helps St. Louis-area homeowners restore their homes after storm damage — and we’re growing fast. Since 2021 our revenue has tripled, reaching over $3M in restoration projects in 2025. We’re on track to hit $12M in 2026, and we’re building the team to get there.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-driven, field-based sales role. You’ll meet homeowners in the aftermath of storms, walk them through the inspection and insurance claims process, and guide them from first conversation to signed agreement. No two days are the same — and the income ceiling is real.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Year-one reps who complete training and work the process consistently earn $100K

• Top 25% earn $200K+

• Our top rep earned over $300K in 2025

• Average commission of $2,500 per completed claim

WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

We believe in being straight with candidates: this role is demanding, and the people who thrive here know what they’re signing up for.

• You’ll knock on doors — mostly cold — and you’ll hear “no” far more than “yes.”

• You’ll climb roofs in summer heat and early-spring cold to conduct inspections.

• Surge weeks happen after storms — evenings and Saturdays are part of it.

• You’ll drive 100+ miles on some days, working largely on your own.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Inspect and document homes for storm damage

• Meet with homeowners to explain the repair and insurance claims process

• Guide homeowners through signing restoration agreements

• Measure home exteriors and create accurate estimates

• Self-generate leads and run company-provided leads

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• **Comfortable with — or genuinely open to — door-to-door cold approach.

  **We’ll train you on everything else, but comfort talking to strangers is the foundation.

• Flexible schedule; able to work a weather-driven calendar with surge weeks after major storms

• Able to manage a 60-day sales cycle from inspection to job completion before commission payout

• Physically able to climb a ladder to a roof

• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

• Smartphone for photos, video, and company apps

• Self-motivated; able to work independently for 6+ hours without direct supervision

• **Previous sales experience is a plus — but not required.

TRAINING & ONBOARDING

No roofing or insurance experience? No problem. Every new hire goes through our 7-day fast-track program covering:

• Classroom instruction on storm damage, construction basics, and the insurance claims process

• Ride-alongs and live inspections with experienced reps

• Role-play and objection-handling practice

By the end of training, you’ll have everything you need to represent homeowners confidently and professionally — and to uphold the Evolved standard of worry-free exterior protection.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• **$150,000 on-target earnings

  ** | Year-one average: $100K | Top 25%: $200K+ | Top rep 2025: $300K+

• Guaranteed pay + commission structure

• Average commission: $2,500 per completed claim

• Monthly and annual performance bonuses

• Company truck for top producers (after $250K in closed revenue)
