Overview

As a Senior Field Service Technician with a focus on complex high purity water systems, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of advanced water purification equipment. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to address intricate challenges associated with high purity water systems in diverse industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
• Takes care of company property
• Works with more advanced and multi/complex systems
• Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
• Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
• May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
• Provides coaching or training to entry-level technicians

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Tech cert or degree or industry specific licenses
• Technical military background preferred
• Ability to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements
• 3-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
• Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices
• Must have customer service experience
• Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
• Basic controls ability (PLC)
