What You’ll Do

• Build and assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical components
• Read and follow wiring diagrams and work instructions to ensure perfect builds
• Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires with care and accuracy
• Organize and route wires using cable ties, tubing, and heat shrink
• Inspect your work for quality, precision, and performance
• Collaborate with an experienced, supportive production team

What You’ll Bring

• A steady hand, a sharp eye, and great attention to detail
• Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly 
• Ability to read wiring diagrams or learn to do so quickly
• Familiarity with tools like crimpers, strippers, and soldering irons
• A commitment to teamwork, quality, and craftsmanship
