**What You'll Do

**

Follow our proven service system and educate customers on products and services.
Deliver top-quality workmanship using the proper tools and techniques.
Meet and exceed key performance goals.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
Build lasting customer relationships and earn referrals through outstanding service.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and development opportunities.
Mentor apprentices to promote skill growth and accuracy in every job.
Understand and uphold company mission, policies, and guarantees.
Perform hands-on work safely and effectively in a variety of climate conditions.

**What You’ll Bring

**

Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Plumber
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and how to apply them on the job.
Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repairs.
Strong communication skills and comfortable using iPad-based software.
Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.
Proven plumbing experience with a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Physical Requirements

**

Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ready to work in all types of weather.
Able to communicate clearly in English.
Willing and able to wear all required PPE (safety glasses, safety-toe boots, etc.).
