EARN up to $2400/WEEK

Flextrades is hiring Quality Inspectors with 4+ years recent experience for a 3 month contract in NEW YORK

Must have active IPC 610 & J. Std. 001 certifications

• Pay: $38/hr
• 50hrs/week GUARANTEED (OT over 40)
• $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
• Private hotel accommodations (we handle the booking)

• ITAR Docs required
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Travel time compensation

Responsibilities

• Inspects densely populated, two-sided SMT PCBs with high-reliability/radiation-tolerant components.
• Boards are approximately the size of a Zippo lighter, 16 layers, and populated on both sides.
• Components on boards include ceramic capacitors, diodes, GaN FETs, ICs, inductors, transformers, resistors, JANTX/JAN-military components, and small component sizes such as 0402 and 1212.
• These are fine-pitch and high-density boards and experience with that is valuable and highly preferred.
• Inspecting to IPC-A-610 criteria and company-specific inspection documents, photos, acceptance/rejection criteria, and supplemental customer criteria that may deviate from standard IPC guidance.
• Must understand the visual differences between lead-free and tin-lead solder

Qualifications

• 4+ recent years as a Quality Inspector preferrably with electronic components
• Must have active IPC 610 & J. Std. 001 certs
• Work is performed under benchtop microscopes in a cleanroom/ESD-controlled environment

• Quality Inspection Experience
• IPC-A-610
• PCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
• PCB Components (Printed Circuit Board Components)

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Calipers and Micrometers
