Position Overview:

As a Production Assembler, you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing process, working hands-on to assemble, wire, and ensure the quality of our products. Whether you're handling materials, assembling components, or ensuring every fixture meets our high standards, you’ll be part of a team that values precision, teamwork, and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

* Assemble and install components using hand tools, air tools, and power tools.

* Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.

* Inspect products and materials to maintain high standards.

* Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and meet production goals.

* Identify and report any safety or quality concerns.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace for a safe and efficient environment.

* Participate in training and improvement initiatives to enhance skills and production

performance.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

* Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (We do not provide work sponsorship for this role)

* Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, bending, lifting (15-45 lbs.), and  using tools for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of manufacturing experience

* Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
