🛠What You’ll Do
- Grind, sand, polish, and finish stone surfaces to exact specifications
- Shape and refine materials using hand tools and power equipment
- Work from templates, layouts, and blueprints with precision
- Load, position, and move materials safely using tools and lifting equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure top-quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all safety and production protocols
âś… What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in stone fabrication, polishing, or similar role
- Experience with natural stone and engineered quartz preferred
- Skilled with grinders, polishers, and fabrication equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
- Familiarity with hand and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift 35–50 lbs safely and consistently
- Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Comfortable working in a production environment
