Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to execute projects accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG welding, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Certification in MIG welding is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
