Overview

We are seeking Experienced Machinists to join our Weekend Shift in Grantsburg, WI. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for working with various machining tools, we want to hear from you! If you're interested in working 36 hours, Friday thru Sunday, and being paid for 40, plus earn a 15% shift differential we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality parts.
• Hold tight tolerances on precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machining, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in operating CNC mills, lathes, and other machining tools.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
