Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Inspector to join our team in Fairfield, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our products and processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, providing detailed reports to management.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality control measures.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality assurance activities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inspection or quality assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of inspection techniques and quality control processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or inspection are a plus.
