Elective Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators in Normal, Illinois.

We are seeking dependable and experienced Forklift Operators for an immediate staffing need. We are looking for candidates who are ready to work, have strong forklift skills, and can successfully complete a hands-on equipment assessment.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Contingent

Schedule: Monday–Friday with frequent weekend overtime opportunities

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Pay: $23.00/hour for both shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and standard forklifts safely and efficiently
• Move, stage, load, and unload materials
• Transport automotive parts throughout the operation
• Follow all safety and material-handling procedures
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a hands-on forklift skills assessment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening
• Ability to complete a required 4-day training program
