🔌 Now Hiring: High-Level Cable Assembler at Intervala

We’re looking for an experienced Cable Assembler who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do
 In this role, you’ll be the expert hands behind highly complex and critical cable assemblies. You’ll:

• Craft detailed wiring and assemblies from start to finish using schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform everything from wire prep and stripping to routing, crimping, point-to-point cabinet wiring, and final clean-up.
• Operate advanced cable assembly tools and automation equipment—and even partner with engineers to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Build quality into every step, ensuring high first-pass yield and minimizing scrap and rework.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to make great processes even better.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You bring 5+ years of experience in cable assembly, wiring, or similar roles.
• You can build assemblies and consoles to IPC-620 standards and know your way around schematics, drawings, and tiny details.
• You’re skilled with hand and semi-automatic tools (wire strippers, crimpers, applicators, presses, pull testers).
• You’re accurate, detail-driven, and thrive in high-volume, high-detail environments.
• You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, handle small parts, and deliver flawless results.
