Job Description
The Executive Operations Manager helps ensure Arc XP operates with clarity, consistency, and strong execution. Partnering closely with the President, this role supports day-to-day business operations by strengthening alignment, improving workflows, and helping leadership priorities translate into action.
This role focuses on enabling effective execution across teams—supporting operating rhythms, coordinating initiatives, and improving how work gets done. It is an operations role centered on organization, follow-through, and continuous improvement, not administrative support.

The salary range for this position is:
$130,300 - $242,100 AnnualThe actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
