scheduling and prioritizing meetings;
preparing concise meeting overviews, agendas, and briefing materials to ensure leadership is well prepared.

The Executive Assistant manages and monitors a central triage department email inbox, ensuring timely review, prioritization, and routing of inquiries to appropriate stakeholders, while maintaining accurate tracking and follow-up.

Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Handles highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Brings strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support the Dean’s Office objectives.
