Executive Administrative Assistant

Overview:
The Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with discretion.
• Assist in the preparation of board materials and executive reports.
• Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
• Coordinate logistics for company-wide events, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, D365).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
