The HR Generalist / Executive Administrative Assistant is a blended role responsible for supporting human resources activities and executive-level administrative functions for the business unit. This position plays an important role in creating positive employee experiences while also providing high-level administrative support to the BU President. The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is well suited for someone looking enjoys a fast passed and dynamic environment leveraging strong administrative and coordination skills.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Executive Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to leadership and executive team members.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
Arrange travel accommodation and assist with expense reporting
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and business correspondence
Coordinate meetings, leadership events, and site communications
Support internal communications and company culture programs
Maintain strong organization and time management
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding activities including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee setup processes
Support HR compliance requirements including I-9 administration, record keeping and policy adherence
Maintain electronic employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events
Prepare basic HR documents including employment verifications, letters, and routine communications
Maintain confidentiality of employees and company information
Assist with data entry and reporting within HR systems
Collect, audit and ensure accurate payroll and time keeping reporting

For This Role, You Will Need:
3+ years of relevant experience
Experience supporting senior leadership executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow through
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Experience with HRIS systems or payroll platforms
Experience in a manufacturing or corporate office environment
5+ years of professional experience in executive administrative support
