Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated team member who takes pride in doing quality work. No flat rate. No sales. No collecting payments. Our goal is to provide the tools, training, and support needed for our team to deliver the level of service our customers have come to expect.

**What You Will Do

**

• Complete new excavations for sanitary, water, storm, and gas piping systems

• Perform excavation and repair of sewer lines, water lines, and related utilities, as well as locating existing well heads

• Operate mini excavators, skid loaders, dump trucks, and other excavation equipment

• Perform concrete cutting, breaking, removal, and restoration work as needed

• Assist with plumbing installations and repairs when excavation work is unavailable

• Complete documentation and maintain accurate work records

• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional job site

• Work in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional environments as needed

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**What We Are Looking For

**

• Experience operating mini excavators, skid loaders, and hammer attachments

• Experience operating concrete cutting equipment, including walk-behind and handheld saws

• Experience operating single-axle dump trucks and trailering equipment

• Experience towing and transporting equipment

• Ability to maintain and care for company equipment

• Familiarity with One Call procedures and safe excavation around underground utilities

• Valid driver's license and current medical card

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills

• Professional work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable using technology and cloud-based business systems, such as ServiceTitan

• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions

• CDL license is a plus, but not required

• Candidates selected for employment will be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug test
