This role supports the Supervisor by coordinating daily department activities, ensuring clear communication, and timely execution of tasks.

Pay = $17.90/hr. & $1 incentive

Requirements:

Three (3) months experience with food manufacturing line work.

Related experience must be listed on application/resume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Supervisor in managing daily department operations.

  • Communicate the Supervisor’s instructions effectively to team members.

  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Monitor all equipment to confirm proper functioning.

  • Report any maintenance needs promptly to the Supervisor.

  • Maintain a safe work environment by following Tyson policies and procedures.
