This role supports the Supervisor by coordinating daily department activities, ensuring clear communication, and timely execution of tasks.
Pay = $17.90/hr. & $1 incentive
Requirements:
Three (3) months experience with food manufacturing line work.
Related experience must be listed on application/resume.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor in managing daily department operations.
Communicate the Supervisor’s instructions effectively to team members.
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor all equipment to confirm proper functioning.
Report any maintenance needs promptly to the Supervisor.
Maintain a safe work environment by following Tyson policies and procedures.
