Job Title: Event Production Associate

Reports to: Senior Event Manager

Location: Goleta, CA

The Event Production Associate is tasked with practical support for a plethora of corporate event activations/productions. They’re responsible for labor and infrastructure oversite for both live event productions as well as video studio productions. Guaranteed, there is never a dull moment.

Your Impact

The person in this role will not only impact the outcome of every production, but they will also interact with and support a board range of fellow Deckers employees.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Event planning
    • Participate in all event planning meetings
    • Offer the event stakeholders creative ideas and solutions
    • Follow up on all action items
  • 2. Event execution
    • Be responsible for all event infrastructure
    • Load in and load out all necessary event equipment
  • 3. Facility management
    • Keep warehouse and video studio clean, stocked with necessities and always prepared for productions
  • 4. Asset management
    • Keep all event equipment clean, serviced, inventoried and organized
    • Oversee the fabrication of custom event assets

$30/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
