The EUV Process Integration TLP Leader plays a meaningful role in bringing advanced EUV technologies from development into high-volume manufacturing. This role leads integration and yield execution across functions, helping ensure new technology nodes are ready to ramp, qualify, and scale in production. It’s a highly visible role with direct impact on yield, performance, and manufacturing readiness.
This leader will own critical business outcomes related to yield performance, process window optimization, defectivity reduction, cycle time improvement, and manufacturing readiness for advanced EUV-based technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead EUV process integration and yield execution for advanced technology nodes in high-volume manufacturing
  • Drive multi-functional alignment across Process Integration, Lithography, Yield, Device, Defect Reduction, Metrology, and Manufacturing Operations
  • Own yield performance, process window optimization, and defectivity reduction for EUV technologies
  • Enable successful EUV technology development, ramp, qualification, and production scaling
  • Drive execution under aggressive manufacturing timelines while maintaining manufacturing readiness
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience supporting advanced node technology ramp and manufacturing qualification
  • Strong knowledge of EUV process integration topics including overlay, CDU, stochastics, defectivity, and process window optimization
  • Experience working with cross-site or global manufacturing organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution and influence outcomes in complex environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Deep hands-on experience with EUV-specific challenges such as pattern collapse and EPE management
  • Experience leading multi-functional technical teams in manufacturing environments
  • Strong executive-level communication and organizational influence skills
