**Job Summary

**We are seeking an experienced *Euroturn CAM Drive Operator* to join our manufacturing team in Clearwater, FL. This position requires hands-on experience with mechanical cam-driven machinery and is not a CNC machining or CAD/CAM programming role.

The ideal candidate has experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Euroturn CAM Drive equipment while producing precision-machined components in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Candidates should possess strong mechanical skills and the ability to maintain tight tolerances while ensuring quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Euroturn CAM Drive machines for production runs.

Install, change, and adjust tooling, mechanical cams, guides, and machine components.

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to manufacture parts within specified tolerances.

Monitor machine performance and make mechanical adjustments to optimize production efficiency.

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.

Troubleshoot mechanical, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime.

Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.

Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications**

Previous experience setting up and operating Euroturn CAM Drive equipment is required.

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on cam-operated machinery.

Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Experience using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and related inspection equipment.

Proven ability to maintain close tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Important Note

This is a mechanical CAM-operated machine position—not a CNC machining or CAD/CAM programming role. Candidates with only CNC machining or G-code programming experience will not 

be considered.

**The equipment utilizes:

Mechanical cams

Gear-driven motion

Adjustable tooling

Mechanical timing systems

Responsibilities include:

Machine setup

Changing cams and tooling

Adjusting feeds and speeds

Producing precision components

Troubleshooting mechanical issues

**Training

**Training will be conducted on 1st Shift before transitioning to the permanent 2nd Shift schedule.
