Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and scope.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
• Research and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and present them to clients and management.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure adherence to budget.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to improve estimating processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
