Experience servicing of Schaerer Ambiente machine is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on espresso coffee machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Educate clients on proper machine usage and maintenance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coffee technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Proven experience in servicing espresso machines or related equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
