Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to serve as the primary technical support resource for our SQL-based ERP platform, eBS NextForWindows. This role is critical in supporting daily business operations, ensuring data integrity, and improving system functionality across the organization. You will work directly with the VP of IT and serve as the main point of contact for all eBS-related issues and initiatives.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Providing technical expertise, training, and mentoring of users and eBS NFW process owners
Creating and following up on tickets entered with eBS NFW support team
First-line support for end-users, including adding new users and inactivating users
Assigning permissions
Running standard queries for reporting and analysis of the process
Performing manual data clean-up as needed
Updating of user documentation
Preparing and executing test scripts for new functionality
Performing data entry for specific processes within eBS NextForWindows and Infor CRM
Troubleshooting interfaces with other applications
Troubleshooting technical and functional problems, bugs, and issues related to implementation and maintenance of eBS NFW / Infor CRM as well as the related customizations and interfaces
Identifying opportunities to improve processes
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of other applications
Preparing or normalizing data for parts price file updates or other imports and updates
Other duties may be assigned.
Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual will demonstrate the following competencies:
Knowledge of SQL-based ERP and CRM systems is required. Knowledge of basic data analytics and SQL Server is required. The ability to develop and maintain reports/dashboards and research data issues is a plus. Teamwork and the ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to the end-user are vital. Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of competency and comprehension of technology are necessary. Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of data-related tasks are crucial.
Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have a technical or IT education or background, combined with two years’ experience with ERP systems. The ability to write basic SQL queries troubleshoot more complex queries and knowledge of how to perform data analytics is required. The candidate will have a detail-oriented approach to data management and knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access. The ability to write basic VBA applications would be a real plus. A helpful, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work through processes and issues is essential. The candidate should also understand how different work processes within the company work together.
