Join our high-performing team as an ERP Business Process Architect - ISC Aanlytics on our exciting journey to transform our ERP foundation through implementing a modern, best-in-class ERP Solution across a complex, high-growth manufacturing and distribution business.
This role will serve as a process architect for end-to-end supply chain visibility, leveraging data and BI platforms to help drive execution and efficiency. This role will build and deploy resources that provide clear, consumable insights related to raw material procurement, internal demand planning, and production planning. You will partner with Business and Digital teams to translate strategy and operational needs into scalable process and technology solutions. You will lead process design and optimization while supporting ERP and connected system delivery, leveraging modern out-of-the-box capabilities, including AI-enabled functionality and analytics.
Ideal candidates will have a broad exposure across multiple supply chain processes with in-depth expertise and functional experience in the following:
Sourcing
Procurement
Demand Planning
Production Planning
Materials and Inventory Management
Engineering
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead ERP transformation by aligning business requirements to modern solution capabilities, coordinating cross-functional process development and decision-making.
Partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, define current- and future-state processes, business requirements, and user stories.
Collaborate with Digital and Business teams to develop state-of-the art processes and design, configure, test, and deploy technology solutions that support integrated supply chain capabilities and business priorities.
Support ERP configuration, integration design, testing, and deployment readiness in a modern Cloud based ERP environment.
Translate business information needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that improve visibility, support decision-making, and monitor process performance.
Facilitate functional sub-teams as part of an overall enterprise transformation program using Agile, Lean, and structured project delivery practices to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.
Acts as a change agent across the organization and delivers measurable improvements in standardization, visibility, and operational performance
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, and 4+ years of professional experience working with and/or supporting ERP and connected digital platforms.
Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and build alignment with business and digital teams across multiple functions and organizational levels
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications strongly preferred, including familiarity with integrated supply chain process design, system capabilities, testing, and deployment.
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity, drive accountability, and deliver measurable business value.
Experience in process mapping, requirements definition, change management, and cross-functional project execution.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with proven history of influencing decision-making and driving accountability in large-scale transformation efforts.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
