Position Summary:
Manage the logistics, procurement, and distribution of equipment and supplies for projects. Ensure timely delivery, inventory management, and compliance with project specifications while coordinating with vendors, team members, and stakeholders to support seamless project execution.

Major Functional Responsibilities
  • Procurement & Inventory Management: Source, order, and track equipment and supplies to meet project requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels align with project needs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, delivery, and storage of equipment and supplies, ensuring timely availability at project sites.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop schedules, budgets, and resources plans for equipment and supplies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Track project expenses, prepare reports on equipment usage, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or defective supplies promptly to minimize project disruptions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience
• 6 months work experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within geographic area as needed.
