Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the equipment rental facility, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a team of rental associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Kaizen principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring equipment availability and maintenance standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze rental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote rental services and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service and people management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, particularly Kaizen.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
