As a Quoting Specialist, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate quotes for equipment, parts, and service requests. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to gather pricing, lead times, and specifications to ensure every quote meets customer expectations.
You’ll review requests, interpret customer needs, and build detailed quotes that support the sales process. Your role will be critical in helping customers make informed purchasing decisions while ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the quoting process.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Experience in construction equipment, parts, or a similar industry is helpful, but not required.
Comfort working with numbers, pricing, and basic computer systems will help you thrive in this position. You should also be a strong communicator, as you’ll be collaborating with internal teams and occasionally customers to clarify needs and timelines.
