Job Overview:

Equipment Procurement & NPI Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility is expected based on business needs; overtime is not anticipated)

Travel: Less than 5% (primarily between company sites, as needed)

Salary Range: $65,000–$73,000 annually

We are seeking an organized and proactive Equipment Procurement & NPI Coordinator to support New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering teams across multiple locations. This role will coordinate equipment procurement activities, track orders and deliveries, manage administrative workflows, and ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate equipment procurement activities for NPI engineering teams across multiple locations.

  • Maintain a centralized equipment control list based on requirements provided by engineering teams.

  • Track and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Ivalua processes, approvals, and order releases.

  • Monitor equipment deliveries and coordinate with engineering teams to confirm receipt.

  • Identify, escalate, and follow up on procurement delays through resolution.

  • Develop and improve workflow processes, including opportunities to automate procurement tracking and follow-up activities.

  • Support inventory, stocking, scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to management and executive leadership when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and administrative skills.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

  • Experience with SAP and/or Ivalua is desirable but not required.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Experience developing or improving workflows and process automation is a plus.
