Job Description

Express Employment Professional of Everett is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for company in Stanwood, WA. This is a fulltime, permanent position with benefits and is available immediately.

The equipment maintenance tech is responsible for maintaining the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and systems within a production facility. This role includes troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, permanent

Workdays: Several shifts available (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Sun–Thu)

Start Time: 5:00 a.m. until work is complete (may extend up to 6:00 p.m., OT may be required, as needed)

Location: Stanwood, WA

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production line equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records
• Repair electrical cords, outlets, switches, and equipment according to safety standards and manuals
• Perform light welding and cooling system maintenance as needed
• Complete general facility maintenance, including painting, woodwork, and repairs
• Identify maintenance issues proactively and resolve them independently
• Perform physical labor as required throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and refrigeration equipment
• Welding experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with production, packaging, or grading equipment is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation & Benefits
