Position Overview:We're looking for motivated Equipment Maintenance Technicians with strong multi-craft maintenance skills to support highly automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for technicians with experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC-controlled, and robotic systems who enjoy solving complex equipment issues while working as part of a collaborative maintenance team.
The ideal candidate has a customer-service mindset, values safety, communicates well with production teams, and thrives in an environment where reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective long-term corrective actions.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, robotic cells, automated assembly equipment, motors, drives, sensors, and other production machinery.
- Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical circuits and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled equipment, including reading ladder logic. PLC programming experience is a plus.
- Read and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematics to diagnose and repair system issues.
- Support robotic automation systems and assist with troubleshooting robotic equipment.
- Assist with equipment installation, startup, calibration, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with production, engineering, and fellow maintenance technicians to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, equipment history, and completed repairs.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash/NFPA 70E requirements, stored energy control, and risk assessment practices.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining automated production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and the ability to read electrical schematics.
- Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs with the ability to read ladder logic. PLC programming experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems using system schematics.
- Experience supporting industrial robotic systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stand, reach, crouch, and climb as needed to perform maintenance tasks.
