We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician - LAM (D-Shift) to join our team and support critical manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform corrective and preventative maintenance on Semiconductor and Flat Panel manufacturing equipment.

We are the largest amorphous silicon semiconductor manufacturer outside of Asia and have a variety of other products including sensors, antennas, wearables, backplanes and more for some of today’s most innovative solutions in the military, medical, industrial, and security imaging businesses. Major Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on the Semiconductor and Flat Panel toolsets (50%)
Repair and recovery of manufacturing equipment after tool errors / faults (25%)
Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical problems to root cause and prevention (25%)

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide clear and concise written and verbal pass downs to on-coming shift.
Accurately and clearly document technical solutions.
Provide cross-training to ensure back-up capability.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate degree – Electronics, Electronics Technology, Electronics Engineering PREFERRED

Experience:

PREFERRED 2-10 years Semiconductor equipment engineering, OR 2-10 years Flat panel display manufacturing / equipment engineering, OR 2-10 years Solar equipment engineering, OR 2-10 years Flexible display manufacturing / equipment engineering, OR 2-10 years Military experience in electronics

Hourly Wage: $21.00 – $36.71 DOE, plus 15% shift differential
Annual Bonus: 10% (prorated based on DOH)

Semiconductor manufacturing equipment repair and maintenance
Analyze equipment schematics for advanced troubleshooting of complex problems
Interpersonal skills and proficiency in oral and written communication
Understand blueprints, schematics, and work from written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervisor
Team orientated and ability to perform excellent work under difficult deadlines

Work Environment:

Fab-Clean Room – 85% of job
Subfab Room (mechanical, electrical, pumps) – 10% of job
Office Setting – 5% of job
Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently
Carrying up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Work Schedule:

Compressed D-Shift 7:00 pm – 7:30 am Wed., Thurs., Fri.; plus every other Saturday
Additional hours as needed to support business needs
