Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Equipment Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate, monitor, and maintain industrial machinery to support efficient manufacturing processes. You’ll be part of a team that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned machinery and equipment according to company standards
• Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and adjustments
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger problems to maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
