JOB SUMMARY

The position is broadly responsible for the development and implementation of engineered industrial gas application solutions for customers in the Food Processing industry, including equipment design and engineering, estimating, planning, project management, supervision of fabrication, installation, commissioning, and post installation support.

Essential Functions

·         Develop conceptual design, cost estimate, and project schedule

·         Perform necessary design (CAD modeling) and engineering of equipment and systems

·         Perform process modeling and calculations

·         Develop and maintain process and flow diagrams, P&ID, assembly and detailed drawings, Bill of Materials, instrumentation lists, and equipment IOM Manuals

·         Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, bid packages and project schedules

·         Prepare key equipment specifications, work with Plant and Project Managers to fabricate, or competitively purchase key equipment

·         Develop purchase orders for equipment and fabrication services

·         Manage equipment fabrication and project budget

·         Perform factory and site checkout, QC, HAZOP, EMOC as required

·         Manage and physically participate in equipment and systems installation and startup

·         Provide post-installation troubleshooting and technical support
