Growing specialty construction company focused on epoxy flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Smaller, tight knit team with a strong culture and real opportunity for growth into leadership roles.

Job Summary:

• Installing epoxy flooring in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

• Assisting with surface prep including grinding, cleaning, and repairs

• Working both indoors and outdoors in various environments

• Using hand and power tools (all tools provided)

• Traveling to job sites as needed

• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely

Location:Lebanon Indiana

**Position Type: **Evaluation to hire

**Schedule: **Full time, hours will vary based on job sites

**Pay: **$20.00–$24.00/hour

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of construction or general labor experience

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Strong work history (this client does both phone and in-person interviews)

• Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and working in all environments

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
