The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator – EUV supports Field Service, Installations, Retrofits, Upgrades, and Repair operations across the United States. Reporting to the EUV Supervisor, this role ensures compliance with occupational safety standards and supports safe work practices across customer sites and service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses for field service activities and training programs.
  • Support and facilitate safety initiatives related to electrical safety, hazardous energy control, fall protection, and laser safety.
  • Provide EHS support for installation and service projects, including safe work procedures and on-site safety guidance.
  • Manage contractor safety compliance systems and customer-required safety programs.
  • Track and report safety incidents, near misses, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver safety training and maintain LMS records.
  • Audit key safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and field personnel to support service operations.
  • Utilize SIS, SAP, Quentic, and related systems for reporting and case management.
  • Travel extensively (up to 100%) throughout North America, Europe, and Asia as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
  • 3+ years of occupational safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical service environments.
  • Experience working with NFPA 70E standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
