Reporting to the North America Regional HSE Manager with daily partnership with the Facility Leader, the HSE Manager plays a key leadership role within a matrixed organization. This position is responsible for driving all corporate and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives at the site—strengthening safety culture, reducing risk, and ensuring operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with Corporate QHSE, facility leadership, cross‑functional partners, and external regulatory agencies to elevate performance and sustain a proactive, prevention‑driven HSE culture.
