Entry-Level Welder / Orbital Welding Trainee – 1st Shift

Location: Round Rock, TX

Pay: $23–$28/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overtime: Saturdays as needed

A growing manufacturing company in Round Rock, TX is looking for motivated Entry-Level Welders, Welding Trainees, and Welding Technicians to join its team!

You do NOT need orbital welding experience to apply! If you have experience with TIG welding, tack welding, stainless steel, fabrication, or welding school training, we encourage you to apply.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with orbital welding, learn new techniques, and build a long-term career in precision manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Perform basic welding, tack welding, and metal fabrication.

• Work with stainless steel tubing, fittings, and small metal components.

• Learn to operate orbital welding equipment with training provided.

• Prepare, fit, and align metal pieces for welding.

• Follow simple work instructions, blueprints, and measurements.

• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.

• Learn proper welding techniques, equipment setups, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Assist with other light fabrication and production tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Basic welding experience or welding school training preferred.

• Experience with TIG, tack welding, MIG, fabrication, or metalworking is a plus.

• No previous orbital welding experience required – training provided!

• Comfortable working with small metal parts and performing detailed hands-on work.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring tools.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Dependable, motivated, and eager to develop new skills.
