Entry Level Washer Operator Needed

Felss Rotaform is looking for a dependable and organized Washer Operator to support our automated manufacturing operation in New Berlin.

This position is responsible for operating and managing industrial part washers in a fast-paced production environment.

This role is a good fit for someone who:

• likes structured, hands-on work
• stays organized and focused
• can manage multiple tasks at the same time
• follows standard procedures carefully
• works well independently after training
• takes pride in reliability and consistency

What you will do

• Load and unload parts into industrial washing equipment
• Keep parts flowing correctly through the process
• Maintain organized staging and material flow
• Follow production procedures and safety requirements
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Communicate production or equipment issues to the supervisor or lead person

What we are looking for

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong organizational habits and attention to workflow
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive work
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
