Responsibilities

Operate surface grinders and assist with sharpening punches and dies
Perform basic machining, drilling, and CNC operations
Assist with mold construction using mills, saws, lathes, and other shop equipment
Learn CNC setup and basic programming adjustments
Maintain quality, safety, and clean work areas

Qualifications

Basic machining knowledge required
Technical schooling in Machining, Tool & Die, or Machine Tool Technology preferred
Entry-level shop experience, internships, or training accepted
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset

Schedule and Pay

**1st shift $18.85/hr 5:45a-2p

**

**2nd shift $1.50/hr premium 1:45p-10p

**

**3rd shift $2/hr premium 9:45p-6a

Mon-Fri, OT on Saturdays

Sun-Thurs with OT on Fridays for 3rd shift**
