This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3+ years of tool and die experience who wants to continue developing their skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist Die Makers and Tool & Die Technicians with daily workHelp with die setup, assembly, repair, and maintenanceAssist with fitting, grinding, and adjusting die componentsUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentRead and follow basic blueprints and work instructionsHelp troubleshoot tooling and die issuesMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all company safety and quality proceduresQualifications1–3+ years of tool and die or related manufacturing experienceBasic knowledge of die setting and toolingStrong mechanical aptitudeComfortable using hand and power toolsAble to work around manufacturing and stamping equipmentBlueprint reading and measuring experience preferredGrinding, machining, or welding experience is a plusWillingness to learn and develop into higher-level Tool & Die positionsRelevant backgrounds: Die Helper, Tool & Die Helper, Tooling Technician, Die Setter, Tool Room Technician, Apprentice Die Maker, or Tool & Die Apprentice.Pay is $20–$27/hour based on experience.
