We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Service Repair Technicians. This position is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to build a long-term career in the hot tub, swim spa, and sauna industry.
No prior industry experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training alongside experienced technicians to develop your skills in diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and customer service. Upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned your own company service vehicle and service route, allowing you to work independently while continuing to grow your career.
The technician will undergo an initial training period of approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on their experience, skill level, and progress during training. **During this period, compensation will be $18.00 per hour. **
Upon successful completion of the training period, the technician's hourly pay will increase to $24.00 per hour. At that time, the technician will also be assigned a company service vehicle and a company-issued fuel card for authorized work-related use.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Test, treat, and balance water chemistry
- Support senior technicians on service calls and in-shop repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle and workspace
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and job-related paperwork accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with spa deliveries, installations, and setup
- Help refurbish and prepare hot tubs and spas for resale
- Perform routine maintenance and water care services
- Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment
- Complete other duties as assigned by management

Additional Requirements
- Technicians are required to report to the main warehouse every other Friday to restock inventory, return used parts, organize service vehicles, and attend team updates as needed.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks associated with service and installation work.
