Job Description

F3 Metalworx is hiring an Entry-Level Production Line Utility team member in North East, PA.

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Starting base pay is $13.00 per hour, with higher pay possible based on experience, skills, and placement on the line. Additional earning opportunities include weekly team performance incentives, four additional hours of pay when attendance requirements are met, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Paid hands-on training is provided. Prior manufacturing, powder-coating, forklift, or quality-inspection experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable with the posted production environment and job duties.

**Requirements **

• Ability to read production schedules, follow safety procedures, and communicate concerns promptly.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour shift in high temperature production environment; stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to wear required PPE and hear alarms and pages.
• Prior experience operating a forklift or performing quality inspection are a plus but not required!

Responsibilities

• Support production line operations by moving, staging, loading, packing, and organizing materials.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and ready for the next step in production.
• Assist team members and supervisors to help meet daily production goals.
• Perform basic quality checks and report concerns promptly.
• As a Line Utility, assist setup, loading, and packing teams and keep the work area clean and safe.
