Base pay starts at $13/hour, with weekly team performance incentive pay available from the start.

Schedule:1st shift is approximately 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday. Weekend shift is approximately 6AM to 6PM Friday through Sunday.

REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 200+ lbs. with team or equipment assistance

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, and work for up to 10 hours

· Ability to work in high-temperature areas

· Ability to read and understand process sheets

· Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and safety toe shoes or boots

· Manufacturing or powder coating experience is helpful but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Load, hang, inspect, and pack parts according to process sheets and quality standards

· Monitor line setup, tooling, washer settings, line speed, and coating quality

· Communicate with teammates and supervisors to keep production moving safely and efficiently
