We are looking for an Entry-Level Metal Fabrication Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a hands-on career in manufacturing or the skilled trades. No prior fabrication experience is required — we provide training. You will work with experienced team members to learn how to build and finish metal parts safely and correctly.
Help cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
Use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
Measure parts using a tape measure and simple tools
Grind, clean, and finish metal parts
Load and unload materials and finished products
Check parts for basic quality and accuracy
Keep your work area clean and safe
Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment
High school diploma or GED
Interest in hands-on work, manufacturing, or learning a trade
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Any shop, mechanical, or hands-on experience
Trade school classes or technical training
Familiarity with hand or power tools
Metal fabrication shop
Noise, metal edges, and machinery present
PPE required: safety glasses
We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow into roles such as Fabrication Technician II, Welder, Press Operator, CNC Operator, or Build Technician.
