CARR Machine & Tool builds precision parts for aerospace and defense — the kind of work that ends up on real aircraft and satellites. We're a modern, paperless shop (ProShop ERP, automation throughout), and we're looking for someone who wants to learn, not someone who already knows it all.

What You'll Do (We'll Train You):

• Learn hands-on light mechanical assembly and part finishing (helicoils, dowels, rivets)
• Help with shipping & receiving — packing, labeling, deliveries
• Keep machines running smoothly (fluids, upkeep)
• Pitch in wherever the shop needs a hand

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Show up on time, follow through, want to learn
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
• U.S. citizen or green card holder
