NHBB will train you from the ground up and gives you a clear path to develop your skills and earnings.

People have started through this training route and gone on to become Engineers and progress into other technical and leadership careers within the company.

You could start at $22/hour and progress through the machinist grades, with the potential to earn approximately $38/hour as you develop.
