TOPS Staffing has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company dedicated to producing life-saving medical products in a cutting-edge, automated clean room environment. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented experienced Machine Operators to support our client’s dynamic team. Position: Machine Operator

Schedule: Hiring for all shifts currently! 8hr shifts Monday to Friday

Hours:Daylight 6:30am to 3pm

Afternoon – 2:30pm to 11pm

Night – 10:30pm to 7am

Starting Pay: $17.25 - $20.25 per hour BOE and shift (pay range includes shift differential for afternoon and overnight)

What You Will Do:

  • Operate and monitor automated production machines within a sterile clean room setting.
  • Tend to equipment primarily via HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Detect and interpret real-time system readouts, including errors, jams, and faults.
  • Troubleshoot and clear machine jams or faults by opening and resetting equipment as necessary.
  • Perform visual quality inspections on products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products efficiently and safely.
  • Follow strict clean room protocols by wearing appropriate PPE (hair net, clean room suit, beard net, shoe covers).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to learn specialized skills and grow within the company.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or Associate degree.
  • Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; plastics industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with quality inspection processes is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to wear PPE and follow clean room procedures.
